All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, the price was really good, the hotel is located very conveniently close to all the Roswell attractions. I was even provided with a guide to local attractions and places to eat upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk were just printing our the packages, that was amazing especially when taking into consideration that it was my first time in Roswell :)

The facility was very kid welcoming, full stocked snack bar, lobby TV was playing Micky mouse and front desk had color sheets with crayons out. My toddler needed milk and the front desk gave some from the breakfast area with no charge. The front receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good!

Desk people were very friendly especially Julissa. We enjoyed conversing with her. She was helpful in providing a sheet of activities available in Roswell. Breakfast was very good too, they had a good variety of selections. The room was spacious and the amenities were awesome.

The hotel was in close proximity to all the attractions in town as well as restaurants and gas stations. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the workers were friendly except for the woman who did our check-in, she was extremely rude.

Great comfortable room. The sink was not draining well upon arrival, I fixed it and had no further issues. Room very nice, very large and comfortable all around. Only real downer was, pool and gym area was closed.
